Joint Cross-Border Development and Market Placement of Innovative Sealing Bushings for Small Hydropower Plants

Description of the Small Project: The project brings together two companies, TITAN-SISAK from Croatia and BANSTROJ from Bosnia and Herzegovina, to address common technical challenges faced by small hydropower plants (SHPs) in the cross-border region. The collaboration aims to develop an innovative series of sealing bushings that will improve the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of SHPs in the region. By partnering in the development of this innovative technology, the companies involved will introduce process innovations, adopt new business models, increase competitiveness, create new jobs, and enhance cross- border business cooperation.

Total Small Project budget: 235.180,20 EUR

EU co-financing: 199.903,17 EUR

Duration of the Small Project: 01.01.2025. – 31.12.2025.

Location of the Small Project: Banovići (Bosnia and Herezegovina) and Sisak (Croatia)
